New winner in Japan for Storming Home

Sachino Koinobori impresses at Chukyo

Storming Home has been enjoying a successful spell of late, thanks to G3 winner Empire Storm and promising two-year-old Teehaff.

On 1 July, Sachino Koinobori (from the first Japanese crop of Storming Home) became the latest winner in Japan for his sire when winning the 11-furlong maiden at Chukyo by two lengths.

Bred by Keiyu Farms Limited, Sachino Koinobori is the fourth winner out of the winning mare Elegant Mary.

Storming Home is also sire of G1 winners Jakkalberry and Lion Tamer, plus 2012 Stakes performers Sudden Storm and Storming Loose.
