Yoake breaks his Maiden at Nakayama

Darley stallion Rule Of Law sired another impressive new winner on Sunday when his three-year-old son Yoake easily won a 1200m turf Maiden at Nakayama. Always close to the pace he asserted in the straight to record a two-and-a-half length victory.

Bred by Seiji Takahashi in Shin Hidaka-cho, she is out of the seven-time winning mare Sweet Ranran (Fuji Kiseki).

Rule of Law stands for one million yen and was a Stakes winner at two before winning the world's oldest classic, the St Leger, at three. He was also rated the equal of his outstanding sire of sires Kingmambo and one of his most famous sons, King Kamehameha.
