New winner for Alkaased

Aten Boy is victorious at Sapporo to become the latest successful runner for his young sire

Alkaased's progeny have been enjoying a successful spell of late and on 15 August, three-year-old colt Aten Boy became his fourth winner in a week when obliging at Sapporo Racecourse.

Having finished second on his previous start, theShoichi Temma-trained colt went one better on Sunday, and landed the eight-and-a-half furlong maiden by a head, becoming Alkaased’s 32nd winner in the process.

Bred by Hiroichi Tomioka in Urakawa Cho, Aten Boy is out of the winning Dance In The Dark mare Notting Gal.
