New winner for Admire Moon

Hakusan Moon is number 13 for first-season sire

Admire Moon’s tally of first-crop winners increased to 13 on Saturday when two-year-old colt Hakusan Moon won the 1400m maiden at Hanshin.

The Darley Japan stallion is also responsible for two Group winners: Leo Active, who won The Keio Hai Nissai Stakes (G2) at Tokyo on 12 Novermber, and the filly Fine Choice, winner of The Hakodate Nisai Stakes on 7 August and third in The KBS Kyoto Sho Fantasy Stakes (G3) on 5 November.

Admire Moon other winners include dual scorer Snowdon, Golden Moon and Archimedes.
