New Group winning juvenile for King's Best

Clara Baby wins her second Stakes race in Brazil

King's Best sired a new Group-winning juvenile when his daughter Clara Baby landed the G3 Grande Premio Luiz Fernando Cirne Lima over 1300m at Gavea in Brazil. Beaten on her debut, she has now won her next two starts including breaking her maiden in the Listed Classico Luiz Alves de Almeida in February.

Clara Baby is out of the G2-winning mare Widowhood (Eastern Echo) and a half-sister to Stakes winner Perseverante.

King's Best stands in 2014 for 2.5 million yen and has now sired 29 individual Group winners. Amongst these 29 are eight top-flight winners including Derby winners Workforce and Eishin Flash and G1-winning miler and Haras du Logis stallion Creachadoir.
