Fantastic Light records his ninth Japanese winner

Takesho Bolt wins well at Tokyo

Darley Japan stallion Fantastic Light has been enjoying a successful year to date with his first Japan-bred runners and the two-time Emirates World Champion recorded his ninth juvenile winner in style on 10th October when Takesho Bolt was successful at Tokyo.

The Sakae Kunieda-trained colt took the one-mile maiden, which was run on the turf, by a length and three quarters from Snow Dragon.

Bred by Tomina Bokujo in Urakawa-cho, Takesho Bolt is out of the multiple winner Takesho Tiara (Nihon Pillow Winner), who is now dam of seven winners including Takesho Regina and Alphecca.
