Fantastic Light colt wins at Tokyo

Win Imagine lands the 1200m Maiden

Fantastic Light sired another quality winner on Sunday June 5, when his son Win Imagine broke his Maiden over 1200m at Tokyo. Run on its dirt course, the three-year-old was never far off the pace to record a gutsy nose victory.

Bred by Orion Farm, he is out the three-time Italian winner Valhalling (Halling), herself a half-sister to the Japanese Champion juvenile and multiple Hong Kong G1-winner, Eishin Preston.

Standing at 1.5 million yen this season, Fantastic Light is the sire of 13 Group winners worldwide, including Mission Critical, a G1-winner in New Zealand and Scintillo, a top-flight scorer as a juvenile in Europe. Fantastic Light's first Japanese-bred crop are three at the moment and include Taisei Phantom, a close fourth in the G3 Unicorn Stakes, the previous day at Tokyo.
