Easy Win became the 24th scorer for Alkaased when running out the impressive winner of a 1700m on Fukushima’s dirt track.
Having been tucked away in mid-division of the early stages of the race, the colt delivered a strong finishing kick in the straight to make a determined bid for victory, eventually passing the post a neck in front of the favourite.
Three-year-old Easy Win is out of Pretty Sunsun, by Lindo Shaver, and was bred by Hatakeyama Bokujo in Shin Hidaka Cho. His female family traces from Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner San San and has produced a wealth of talented runners, including Native Heart, Marble Chief and Success Strain.
