Admire Moon sires his seventh winner

Red Irving triumphs in Sapporo maiden

Red Irving continued an excellent season for his freshman sire Admire Moon by becoming his seventh winner on Sunday.

The colt won a maiden at Sapporo over 1800m. He is out of Empress Tiara by Kurofune.

Admire Moon’s first runners have made a very successful start and are headed by the Group Three winning-filly Fine Choice, who won the Hakodate Nissai Stakes in August and is unbeaten in two starts.

The Listed-placed Leo Active looks to be a colt with a bright future, having won a maiden on his second start before finishing runner-up in the Dahlia Sho last month.

Admire Moon’s other winners are Exoplanet, Golden Moon, Lorbeerkranz and Mahogany.
